Dr. Deitrick Gorman
America’s Relaxation Doctor®

I am a native of Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA. I graduated college with a Bachelor’s degree from Purdue University, a Master’s degree from Indiana University, and attended medical school at Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford, New Jersey, where I earned my Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. I traveled back to my hometown of Fort Wayne to complete my Family Practice residency through the Fort Wayne Medical Education Program.

Out of residency, I was recruited to Pecos, TX, where I practiced full-scope Family Medicine-including pediatrics, adults, inpatient, outpatient, and women’s health-for more than 15 years. In addition to providing excellent and compassionate medical care, I served as the first female chief of staff and neonatal medical director. I also participated for more than 10 years in the annual breast cancer awareness event.

I have always been a woman who believes in service to others. In addition to being a Family Medicine Physician, I am a best-selling author, speaker, PWRC (Professional Women’s Relaxation Conference) founder.

I am a Pisces, dog lover, pencil collector, and smoothie maker! I pride myself on having a down-to-earth personality and a great sense of humor!
